Newborn Care 

 

If you are an expectant parent, or family, and are seeking a basics of newborn care class, I provide an excellent weekend workshop, you schedule to fit your availability. Topics include breastfeeding basics, babywearing, bathing, swaddling, and other tips! The course is great for those that don't want the traditional hospital-based care model. A half-day newborn basics class begins at $80. 

Childbirth Education

 

If you are wanting to book a private, in-home education course, or want to book a course with a few friends (2 minimum, 5 max), please call or email with the dates you are desiring, online zoom offerings can be scheduled with a larger group or as a private session. Prices range from $100 for an accerlated class to $250 for a series. Discounts are available upon request and discussion!

Childbirth Coach Services

I'm a trained and certified full spectrum doula. I offer doula services for all birth outcomes, at any stage of gestation. If you are considering childbirth coach support for your birth experience, I offer a reasonable package and can send you a contract to look over before booking. My base package for doula support is $300. Research suggests that continuous labor support in the form of a doula significantly decreases your risk of interventions and possible c-section. Lets chat about what having a doula at your birth can do for you and your baby!
